Lettuce
Spinach
hard boiled eggs
1 lb. bacon
1 pkg. frozen peas (optional)
1 pkg. Shredded Swiss Cheese

Mix:
2 c. sour cream
2 c. mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peas according to package. Fry bacon crispy.

Layer in order of: ⅔ mixture of lettuce & spinach, sliced hardboiled eggs, crumbled bacon, cooked peas & ⅓ mixture of lettuce & spinach.

Mix sour cream & mayo together and add over layers.

Top with shredded swiss cheese.
