3-4 lb Chuck Roast
1 Can Beer or Bottle of Beer
1 pkg. Italian Seasoning
1-2 Cans Beef Broth
1 Jar Pepperchinis


Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in crock pot.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours or until roast is tender.
3. Shred beef.
4. Drain broth if desired, or leave juice on as desired.
5. Can leave pepperchini in or remove.
6. Place on buns & serve.
