½ c. biscuit mix
3 eggs
½ c. melted butter
1½ c. milk
¼ tsp. salt
pepper
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
½ c. cooked ham or bacon
spinach thawed and drained
Directions:
Directions:
Place all in blender. Mix. Pour in 9" greased pie pan. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.

Let stand before serving. Can top with sour cream.
