1 qt. milk
¼ c. butter
5-6 c. bread cubes
2 eggs
¾ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisons

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Add butter and bread cubes.

Separate bowl beat eggs then add sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg. Then add raisons to second mixture(I add a few more raisons).

Combine both mixtures.Pour into a casserole or 9x13 pan buttered. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.

Bake 375F for 45 to 60 mins.
