Ingredients:  
1 c butter, softened
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c icing sugar
1/2 c red or green glazed cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Combine butter, flour and icing sugar and mix with electric beaters for 10 minutes until light and fluffy. Drop by teaspoonful or place in icing bag and pipe into rosettes onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate eacjh cookie with 1/2 a cherry. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack
