4 c sifted flour or 3 c flour and 1 c cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 lb butter
1 1/2 c sifted icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Combing with dry ingredients. Knead until smooth. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll, cut, bake in slow oven 300º 15 - 20 minutes - watch carefully, it should be lightly brown.
