1 lb sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 cup softened margarine
1 tsp grated lemon rind or 2 tsp lemon extract
1/8 tsp salt
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and lemon rind or flavoring. Add salt and part of sugar. Add egg yolks. Beat in rest of sugar alternately with milk until creamy.
