4 diced cooked potatoes
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. Argo corn starch
1 Tbsp. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 heaping cup of diced Velveeta cheese
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in corn starch, flour, milk and salt gradually. Cook until thickened. Add Velveeta to the sauce mix. Mix with the potatoes and pour into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese then bread crumbs over this. Bake at 350º until the crumbs are brown.
