3 medium onions, sliced thin
1/4 c. sour cream
Small jar pimento, chopped
Small jar mushrooms, drained and sliced
Sliced, drained chestnuts
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt and Pepper
2 c. grated American cheese

Bake for 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with Ritz crackers crumbs that have been mixed with melted butter. Bake another few minutes until golden brown.
