Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 ˝ cups cooked cut up chicken
1 8 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp oil
1 ˝ cups chicken broth
1 9 oz package frozen peas
1 tsp salt
˝ tsp basil leaves
Dash of pepper
1 ˝ cup dry minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chicken, garlic and mushrooms in oil.
Add salt, basil and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients except rice.
Bring to a boil and stir in rice, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
