Ingredients:
Two Bell Peppers (Reds, Greens, Yellows, Oranges)
Red Pepper Flakes
Good Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the bell peppers into long strips, like thick strips that you would use for dipping in hummus for example. Place in baking dish and cover and toss in olive oil. Add Red Pepper Flakes, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste. Bake in the oven around 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

The cooking times really depend, but peppers are very forgiving when you bake them, so if you have something cooking in the oven at 350, add the peppers with it and just watch them!
