1-1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 egg
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream corn
1 medium onion, diced
Jalepino peppers to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Spray baking pan with cooking/baking spray.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour into greased baking pan.
Bake in 425º oven until brown.
