12 Medium Mushrooms
2 cups stuffing crumbs
1/2 cup finely minced onions
1/4 cup bell pepper finely minced
Cut mushroom stems (edges if needed) - mince pieces
Garlic powder
Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. olive oil and soy sauce
pinch of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stems, cuttings and onions. Add garlic and stuffing. Add 2 tsp. water. Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce as desired.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
