3 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 T. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 deep dish graham cracker crust
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º.

Beat cream cheese and sugar, in a bowl, until fluffy.
Whip eggs, vanilla, sugar and milk; add mixture 1/3 at a time to the cream cheese mixture, beating continually.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
Bake in 275º oven for approximately 1 hr.
