1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
3 T. vegetable oil
1 c. Nabisco 100% Bran Cereal
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. Dromedary Chopped dates

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first three ingredients. Stir in Nabisco 100% Bran Cereal. Let stand for 5 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, salt; blend in sugar, then dates. Add Bran mixture, stirring just until combined. Do Not Over-mix. Fill greased2 1/2 x 1 1/4- inch muffin pan cups 2/3 full. Bake in a preheated 400 degree hot oven for 25-30 minutes or until done.
