5 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and milk in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool completely.

Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla.

Add thickened flour mixture, 1 spoonful at a time, blending well with mixer after each addition.

Spread onto cooled cake.
