½ cup cocoa
½ cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Mix/cream the above ingredients until smooth.
 

Dry ingredients

1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix together dry ingredients, then add to creamed mixture and mix well. Then add the chipits. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until done. Don’t over-bake they will get too dry. Remove when centers are still a bit soft.
