3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour (self-rising)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat together sugar, margarine, and egg until light & fluffy. Blend in milk and vanilla. (mixture will look curdled) Stir in self-rising flour. Spread half of batter in well greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Mix brown sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle half of it over batter. Top with batter and sprinkle with rest of brown sugar mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warn,
