¾ cup butter- softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Mini peanut butter cups (cut up into 4 pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients down to vanilla together.
Add baking soda, salt, and flour.
Fold in chips.
Use ice cream scoop and place 6 scoops on cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly.
Cook 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Put cut up peanut butter cups on top and bake 2 more minutes.

I found out that lining your cookie sheets with parchment paper is a wonderful thing. I never bake without it. Love, Mom
