1/2 pound fill
6 eggs
1/2 cup salad oil
1 tb onion, chopped
1/2 tsp dill
32 oz chopped cleaned Spinich
1/2 pound feta cheese
1 small container cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in oil until soft. Add Spinich until limp, then add cheese and dill. Take off the heat and add eggs, salt, pepper, and oil in a 9 x 13 pan. Put 1/2 fill and butter each layer. Put Spinich and top with remaining 1/2 of buttered fill. Bake for 1 hour at 350

This was my mothers recipe. There are lots of different recipes out there but this is the one I grew up on.
