3 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325º. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, egg, oil, and vanilla. Add baking soda, salt and flour, and mix until just combined. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour, or until banana bread is baked through. Let cool and serve at room temperature.
