2 pounds beef
1 chopped red pepper
1 pound pepper jack cheese
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can sliced olives
1 large chopped onions
1 pound processed cheese, cubed
1 jar taco sauce
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, onions and pepper together. Stir in cheese, taco sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives. Cook until cheese melts. Serve warm.

This recipe is like a big taco mess that you dip nacho chips into. It is an easy and tasty recipe and the only drawback is that it must be kept warm while serving.
