6 oz white baking chips, chopped
6 tb butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
2 oz white chocolate, chopped for top

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease a 8 x. 8 inch pan and line with foil. In a saucepan, combine 6 oz chocolate and butter. Cook until melted. Coll for 10 minutes. Add eggs and sugar. Beat mixture with a spoon. Add flour and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the nuts. Bake 25 minutes. Put chocolate over and spread. Cool. Cut.

This recipe is a big hit and so easy to make. Larry especially loves these. Make sure you don't overcook it as it will get dry and hard. It does harden when cooled. I usually double the recipe and put into a larger pan.
