Brown 2lb Hamburger and drain
Add Kidney or chili beans
Add Canned Tomato Juice
Add Chopped Onion (or Onion Powder)
Chili Powder to taste

Her Secret Ingredient:
1 Can or Jar Spaghetti Sauce (mom liked Prego)

Directions:
Cook and simmer for several hours in a large pot. Mom usually cooked hot dogs in her chili for the little ones. Chili freezes well for a quick meal on a cold night!
