1 c. 10x powder sugar
1 c. white granulated sugar
1 c. cooking oil.
1/4 lb. (1 stick) margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 C. plus 4 T. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl, mix powder sugar, granulated sugar, cooking oil and margarine together.
Add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and cream of tarter; mix well; chill dough over night.
Roll dough into small balls; place on cookie sheets.
Using a glass dipped in granulated sugar, press down each cookie;
Bake in 350 oven for 10 minutes or until light brown.
Remove from cookie sheet to cool rack; cool completely before storing.
