1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
i 8 oz pkg cheddar or a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella cheese
1 pkg of 8 inch flour tortillas

sour cream and salsa for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning following package directions. Add refried beans and mix well.

In a 9x13 pan lay about four flour tortillas, trying to cover they bottom and come up the sides of the pan. They will overlap a bit.

Add the taco bean mixture. Top with all of the cheese. Lay more tortillas on the top, tucking in to cover the meat and cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. Slice into squares to serve. Top as desired with sour cream and salsa.
