4 boneless pork chops
salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
2 T water
1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
oil
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Pound pork chops to 1/4 inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge into flour, shaking off excess. Mix eggs and water. Dip chops into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs. Set aside.

Heat 1/4 inch of oil in frying pan. Place pork chops in hot oil, two at a time. Do not crowd in pan. fry 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove to baking sheet and place in warm oven until other chops are cooked. Serve with a lemon wedge to squeeze over.
