5 small to medium Yukon gold potatoes sliced 1/8 inch thin
1 stick of butter melted
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
3/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Butter and spray cooking oil in muffin tins. In a plastic bag mix melted butter ,salt,pepper,garlic powder and cheese. Add in potato slices,is together. Layer 4-6 slices of potatoes in muffin tins top with any extra butter mixture from bag.Bake at 350 for 55-60 min. Let cool 5 min. Before removing from muffin tins and serve hot.
