18 Oreo cookies crushed
1/2 stick butter melted
40 large marshmallow or 5 cups of mini marshmelllow
1 c. milk
12 oz cool whip
7 TBS Creme de Menthe
20 drops of green food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Crust: crush cookies and mix with butter , press into cupcake papers in cupcake tins.Bake at 350º for 10 min.
Filling: over a double boiler melt marshmallows andmilk stirring often. Stir in creme de menthe and food coloring. Let cool.
Once cool mix with cool whip. Pour into cooled crusts. Place in freezer .
