Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion minced
1 15 oz can of mixed vegetables, drained
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except catsup. Shape into a loaf and cover with catsup.
Bake in shallow pan for 1 hour.

I love my meatloaf recipe, but once in a while get nostalgic for Mom's version.
