1 egg
2 green onions, chopped
¼ c. almond meal
Italian seasoning
1 T. prepared mustard
1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 12-oz. can mushroom or beef gravy
½ c. water
2-3 tsp. prepared horseradish
½ lb. baby bella mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat egg. Stir in onions, almond meal, and mustard. Add beef and mix well.

Shape into four ½ inch thick patties. In an ungreased skillet, cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until there is no pink inside. Drain.

In a small bowl, combine gravy, water, and horseradish. Add mushrooms. Pour over patties. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender and heated through.
