1 tasse et demie (375 ml) de farine, tamisée
1 tasse (250 ml) de sucre
3 cuillères à table de cacao
1 cuillère à thé et demie de bicarbonate de soude
3 cuillères à table d’huile
1 cuillère à table de vinaigre
1 tasse (250 ml) d’eau froide
1/2 tasse (125 ml) de noix

Ingrédients pour sauce au chocolat:
4 cuillères à table de margarine
4 cuillères à table de cacao
3 cuillères à table de lait
1 œuf battu
1 tasse (250 ml) de sucre

Tamiser la farine 2 fois avec tous les ingrédients secs. Ajouter le liquide, battre au fouet seulement et ajouter les noix enrober avec un peu de farine de la préparation. Verser dans un moule carré graissé de 9 pouces.
Cuire au four à 350º F (175 °C) pendant 30 minutes.

Préparation de la sauce au chocolat:

Mélanger tous les ingrédients au fouet. Cuire aux micro-ondes (Hi) 3 minutes pour la sauce chaude à servir immédiatement. Verser la sauce chaude sur les brownies au chocolat individuellement.
