Ziti Pasta (Jewels like it with Bow-tie pasta though)
1 onion (chopped)
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
3 - 4 Italian Sausages
2 Jars Spaghetti Sauce
Provolone Cheese (sliced)
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Garlic Cloves (diced)
Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

1. In a large skillet, brown Onion and Cook Ground Beef.

2. In another large skillet, cook Italian sausage. Once fully cooked, remove from skillet and chop sausage. Add chopped Italian Sausage to the onion and beef skillet.

3. Add Spaghetti Sauce, diced garlic, fresh ground pepper to taste, allow to simmer about 15 minutes.
While the skillet is sizzling, cook Pasta in a large pot until al dente. Drain.

4. Butter a 9x13 inch-baking dish. Layer as follows: 1/2 of the ziti, Provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

5. Bake Ziti for approximately 30 minutes or until the top has browned and is bubbling.
