3 tasses de poulet effiloché (poulet de rôtisserie désossé)
1 tasse et demie de fromage mozzarella râpée
Le quart d’un oignon rouge tranché finement
1/4 de tasse d’herbes fraîches tranchées (coriandre, etc.. )
3/4 de tasse de sauce BBQ
1 pain baguette ou petits pains fourrés

Dans un grand bol, ajouter le poulet, 1 tasse et 1/4 de mozzarella, l’oignon, les herbes et 1/2 tasse de sauce BBQ. Bien mélanger. Si le mélange vous semble trop sec, ajouter de la sauce BBQ.

Faites une tranchée sur le dessus de votre pain baguette. Ajouter le mélange de poulet, du fromage et le restant de sauce BBQ. Faire cuire pendant 20 minutes dans un four préchauffer à 325 °F (160 °C).
