1 œuf
1/2 sac de chips BBQ
Beurre
Sel et poivre
Directions:
Directions:
Émiettez les chips BBQ.
Battre l'oeuf.
Passez les filets de doré dans l'oeuf battu puis enroulez-les dans les miettes de chips BBQ.
Faire frire dans une casserole avec un peu de beurre, du sel et du poivre.
