15 OZ CAN KIDNEY BEANS, DRAINED & RINSED (CAN USE BLACK BEANS)
3 LARGE EGGS
3 TBSP COCONUT OIL
1/2 CUP XYLITOL
1/2 CUP FMD COMPLIANT CACAO
1 TBSP PERO (OR OTHER COFFEE SUBSTITUTE)
1 TSP VANILLA
1 CUP RAW WALNUT PIECES

ICING:
1/2 CAN FULL FAT COCONUT MILK CREAM FROM TOP
3 TBSP COCONUT OIL
2 TBSP CACAO
2 TBSP XYLITOL
1 TBSP PERO IF DESIRED

Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
SPRAY 8X8 BAKING PAN OR LINE WITH PARCHMENT
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CACAO AND NUTS BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY
ADD ENOUGH BOILING WATER TO CACAO POWDER TO MAKE A PASTE AND ADD TO THE BATTER
BLEND UNTIL COMBINED
MIX IN THE NUTS
POUR IN PAN BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES DONT OVERBAKE

ICING:
HEAT COCONUT OIL AND ADD COCONUT CREAM IN SMALL SAUCEPAN
ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS
MIX UNTIL COMBINED
TAKE OFF HEAT AND LET COOK. PUT IN FRIDGE TO SET
