1 pkg. kosher imitation crab meat, flaked
1 Haas avocado, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
cilantro, chopped
lime juice
hot pepper flakes to taste
salt

Squeeze lime juice over chopped avocado. Combine all ingredients together and toss.

This recipe is from Aunt Shannon Schneider. It tastes like pico de Gallo, but with the addition of the surimi/krabmeat. You can serve it in tostada shells for a main dish.
