OIL TO SEAR CHICKEN IN PAN

SAUCE:

PARSLEY
ADD MILK OR HALF AND HALF
SALT
PEPPER

COAT BOTH SIDES OF CHICKEN BREAST WITH SEASONING MIX

ADD OIL TO FRY PAN AND SEAR CHICKEN IN PAN

REMOVE CHICKEN FROM PAN

ADD TO PAN & COOK:
GARLIC
ROSEMARY
THYME
PARSLEY

AFTER SEASONING SAUTEED ADD MILK OR HALF AND HALF, SALT, PEPPER
SIMMER IN PAN

ADD CHICKEN BACK TO PAN
