1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
tsp. salt

In a separate bowl:
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Roll into small balls and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
