1 pkg. lean ground turkey
1 c. bread crumbs or 3/4 c. almond meal (for low carb version)
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or finely minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
tomato sauce (optional)
Italian seasoning (optional)
dried parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Bake in a baking pan or casserole dish until cooked through, no pink inside (approximately 30 minutes).

If desired, warm tomato sauce in a separate saucepan and add when finished.

Serve turkey loaf or meatballs with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
