1 petite courgette râpée
100 g de farine
50 g de parmesan râpé
75 ml de lait
1 œuf
1 cuil à soupe d'huile d'olive
1 cuil à café de sucre
1 cuil à café de levure chimique
1 cuil à café de poivre noir moulu
1 pincée de sel

Directions:
Directions:
Préchauffer le four à 180ºC/350ºF.
Dans une terrine, mélanger la farine,le fromage, le sucre, la levure, le poivre et le sel.
Ajouter le lait, la courgette lavée et râpée, l'huile et l’œuf. Bien mélanger jusqu'à ce que la préparation soit homogène.
Verser le mélange dans les moules à muffins beurrés et farinés.
Faire cuire 20 à 25 mn jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit bien doré.
