100 g de tomates séchées
100 g d'olives vertes dénoyautées
80 g de pignons de pin
50 g de câpres au vinaigre égouttées
1 tranche de pain de mie sans croûte
3 cuillerées à soupe d'huile d'olive
1 cuillerée à soupe de vinaigre
1/2 gousse d'ail râpé
1/2 cuillerée à café de poivre
1/2 cuillerée à café de fenouil en poudre

Si les tomates sont un peu sèches, les passer à la vapeur ou les ébouillanter.
Rincer les olives. Imbiber le pain de mie avec de l'huile d'olive ou un peu d'eau.
Passer au mixer: les tomates coupées en petits morceaux, les olives, les câpres, les pignons et le pain de mie.
Bien mélanger en ajoutant huile, vinaigre, ail, poivre et fenouil.
Se conserve 8 à 10 jours au frais.
