2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1/3 C beer (I use Corona Light) you can also use non-alcoholic beer
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, beer and ranch salad dressing mix. Mix until smooth.
Slowly add 2 C shredded cheddar cheese. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Serve wth pretzels. (usually serve this with Ritz crackers)

Refrigerate left over dip.
