Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 or 2 cups molasses
1 cup lard (shortening)
1 tsp soda
flour
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and melt molasses. Add lard, soda, and eggs. Mix well. Add enough flour to make cake dough consistency. Pour in loaf pan. Bake approximately 40 minutes at 350.
