1 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
1 Cup Quick Oats
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1 1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs

Icing
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Coconut
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 tsp Evaporated Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oats, stir and let cool. Cream sugars and butter together, add oatmeal, flour, soda, salt and eggs. Mix together and pour into greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake in 350º oven or 30-40 minutes or until done.

Mix all icing ingredients together in small pot and bring to a boil. Spread over cake while still warm.
