2 Cups Flour
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
3/4 Cup Buttermilk
1 Stick softened Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 400 15 - 20 Min

Combine flour, baking powder salt and soda, stir in oil. Add buttermilk stir till blended, knead until smooth roll into 15 x 8 rectangle. Spread butter over dough sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll and pinch seam. Slice 1 1/2 arrange in 9' round pan, greased - cut side up. Pour milk over top if desired.
