1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup butter or margarine - melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine oatmeal, sugar, flour and salt. Mix with a spoon
2. Combine all remaining ingredients.
3. Drop by 1/2 teaspoon about 3 inches apart on to an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet
4. Bake 350º for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden brown
