1 lbs carrots (sliced)
cups butter
3 eggs
cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cook carrots until tender. Drain and add butter.
Whip until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour into souffle' dish and bake for 1 hour.
