Pizza Crust:
1 envelope yeast
1 cup warm water
3 cups flour
3 T. oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of sugar

Toppings:
1/3 can Frito's Cheddar cheese dip
1 lb pork sausage or crumbled cooked bacon
6 eggs
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. For Pizza Crust: Add yeast to warm water and let sit 3 minutes to dissolve. Add the flour, oil, salt and sugar. Mix until it forms dough pulling away from side of the bowl. Cover and let rise 5 minutes. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead 2 minutes. Roll dough out onto large baking stone and prick holes in the crust. Bake for 7 minutes and remove from oven.

After preparing crust, brown the sausage in a skillet and then remove to a bowl. Whisk the eggs and pour into the hot skillet, scramble eggs until fully cooked.

Assemble pizza: Spread the Frito cheese dip on the pizza crust. Top with the cooked sausage and eggs adding the shredded cheese last. Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese begins to brown.
