Ingredients:  
1 - 8-10 lb beef brisket
3 Tbsp water
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 package dried onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250
Brush both sides of brisket with liquid smoke.
Spread half of soup mix and water on large piece of foil. Place brisket on foil.
Spread remaining soup mix and water on top of brisket.
Seal foil around meat and bake for 6 hours.
Cool, slice and serve with barbecue sauce.
